Podium Studio is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Questions, requests or complaints can be sent to liam@rockandbeau.com.
Information collected
When you send an enquiry, Podium receives the information you enter, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, chosen service or package and project details.
The website may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, pages visited, clicks, scrolling, referral source and session activity—but only after you accept optional analytics.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, prepare recommendations or proposals and take steps towards a contract. Existing client information may also be used to deliver work, manage the relationship, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
Optional analytics are used with your consent to measure website performance, understand how visitors use the site and improve its content and usability. Podium does not use this information for automated decision-making or sell personal data.
Services that process data
- Resend delivers website enquiries by email.
- Google Analytics provides aggregated website measurement after consent.
- Microsoft Clarity provides click and scroll heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings after consent.
- Cloudflare and the website hosting provider deliver and secure the website and may process limited technical logs.
These providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, Podium relies on the safeguards supplied by the relevant provider, such as recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual protections.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful or preliminary enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless there is a good reason to keep them longer. Client and financial records may be retained for up to six years where needed for contracts, tax, accounting or legal claims.
Microsoft Clarity currently retains standard playback data for 30 days and heatmap data for up to nine months. Google Analytics data is retained according to the configured account settings and is reviewed periodically. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required.
Cookies and local storage
Essential local storage remembers your cookie choice and interface preferences. Optional analytics storage is used only after you select “Accept all”. Google Analytics uses identifiers to distinguish visits and measure activity. Microsoft Clarity uses pseudonymous identifiers to connect page views and create recordings and heatmaps.
You can accept or refuse optional analytics from the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Refusing analytics does not affect the main website or enquiry forms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, and access is limited to people and providers who need it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
